Stock Trader
A stock trader refers to an individual or organization that buys or sells financial instruments like stocks, bonds etc in the financial markets. There is a sharp difference between a stock trader and a stock investor. The stock investor generally buys the stocks of the big companies. He makes long -term investment and count upon the compounded business growth to provide their returns. On the other hand, a stock trader usually relies on short -term price volatility for profit. They also at times, rely upon the psychology of other investors. A stock trader is sometimes called as a trader. The stock trader is mostly a professional .So across the world there are many full time and part -time stock traders. When a stock trader or investor has clients and if he acts as the money manager or advisor with the motive of improving his clients' finances, then he is called financial advisor.
